After smelling gas late at night I was happy that Solihull heating and bathrooms could respond so promptly as it being so late at night.

I Was Over The Moon
After waking up to find a leak in the bathroom had brought the living room ceiling down, I was over the moon to find out that not only could they fix the leak but also re plaster board and plaster the ceiling. Very happy with work. Will always use in future.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.
In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Ombudsman Services Ltd for dispute resolution.
